Our Company Launch
In 2013, we launched "The Digital Board" with the vision to change the way that business leaders and IT cohabit this changing world. Our overarching mission is to help our clients see the strategic value of technology and enable them to realise it through their leadership. Our research told us two key things:

Board Advisory: Through the introduction of highly experienced non-executive technology leaders, we hope to bring a level of confidence to the board around their strategic technology investments. Our research tells us that boards want to play a more effective supervisory role in the stewardship of the digital/IT agenda yet often lack the confidence and knowledge to assess the organisation's ability to manage these large programmes of change. The Advisory Board concept was initiated from this understanding. We help by creating strategic advisory boards made up of some of the world's most admired technology leaders.
Executive Search: Our team are 100% focused on identifying and assessing world class CIOs and IT leaders and aligning them to the culture and ambition of your organisation. The Executive Search team utilises our vast network of executives around the world to find the best match for our client's needs. The Leadership Assessment Tool is an essential part of the process, providing the client with a better insight into the candidate profiles.
Leadership Diagnostic: Our proprietary Leadership Diagnostic model has been developed as a result of over 6000 senior IT leadership assessments and over 500 C-level business leaders' input, spanning multiple industry sectors and geographies. It has a number of purposes, but at its core, it is designed to help organisations align their senior leadership teams under a unified leadership framework, creating a common language and assessment criteria. The assessment is made up of 9 critical leadership competencies that are underpinned by a series of behavioural anchors, each designed specifically for senior level IT candidates.
